Stanley Marcellus Reynolds attended North Carolina School of the Arts and obtained a B.F.A. from the University of NC at Greensboro. He has performed with the Roy Casper Dance Theatre, NC Repertory Company, and Nanette Beardon Dance Theatre, NY. He also founded the Ebony Dance Company in Charlotte, NC. His teaching experience spans over twenty years, and eighteen of those have been with the public school system, including BRAMS and Pullen Arts magnet schools. He has also served as a consultant with the School of the Arts in Learning in Washington, DC and Prince George’s County Public Schools.
Assistant Director: Noel Randolph Reynolds
Noel Randolph Reynolds attended Syracuse University where she obtained her BA in Psychology and began her graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy. Studying dance since the age of three, she has danced with "The Moving Company" of Ohio and performed in several musical theatre productions at the Cleveland Community Theatre. She also taught dance, modeling, and etiquette to children at the NY Cultural Connection of NC. Her experience has often lent itself to choreography as well as coordinating musical productions, pageants, and fashion shows.

Dance Instructor: Adrian Bolton
Mr. Bolton is an extraordinary artistic master of the Arts.
He carries
the legacy of top-notch dance institutions in the United States. A graduate of
the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, he received his further training from the
Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Martha Graham School of Dance, Dance Theatre
of Harlem, and Jones Haywood School of Ballet. He has worked with a myriad of
notable choreographers. He has performed in many different countries and
throughout the United States.
Mr. Bolton is noted for training fine dancers who are now on scholarship with major dance institutions or dancing with major companies. Many of his students have become renowned choreographers or members of companies such as Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble, Dayton Contemporary, Jeoffrey Ballet, Dallas Black Dance Theater, Alvin Ailey, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and Debbie Allen School.
Mr. Bolton is a former co-director of the Christian Dance
Academy in Clinton, MD and conducts Christian dance workshops throughout the
United States and abroad. With a host of honors and
awards, Mr. Bolton brings his expertise to us at the Marcellus Dance Studio
through teaching Ballet / Jazz on Thursdays at 6:00pm, Pointe at 7:00pm and
Adult Liturgical at 8:00pm. His students note that he is challenging yet fun,
knowledgeable, extremely talented and patient.
Dance Instructor: Monica Thompson
Monica Thompson danced from grade school to high school at the Ballet Academy under the direction of Mrs. Blackwell. After high school she received a scholarship to the Erica Timyer School of Dance then later studied with Nina Cole at the Dainty Dance Studio. Mrs. Thompson taught for several years with MNCPPC. Mrs. Thompson has taught and danced with Marcellus Dance Studio for the past three years.
Dance Instructor: Susan Walker
Mrs. Susan Walker attended Towson University and studied with Mrs. Anderson dance school. She has taught at Marcellus Dance Studio, and is the Director of Dance Extravaganza. She is currently the Assistant Director at Mrs. Anderson School of Dance.
